I'm a curious seeker with an introspective mind, and a background that spans geology, permaculture, holistic health, and the deeper territories of the psyche.
My own encounter with chronic pain was the doorway that pulled me out of the conventional and into something far deeper and more interesting; a world where the body and mind are a living system to be understood rather than separate problems to be solved.
That journey is still ongoing - there is no destination, only an ever-higher vantage point. What I've learned along the way has become the foundation of everything I offer here.
My goal is not to become someone you depend on. I want to give you the tools, the understanding, and the self-knowledge to live well without me. A good coach works toward their own redundancy.

A guided journey into your inner world. Over six weeks we explore the patterns driving your thoughts, behaviours, and desires through dreamwork, archetypal exploration, lifestyle assessment, and energetic alignment. You will begin to understand the many voices within you, learn to read your dreams, and come into clearer relationship with your own unconscious mind.

A comprehensive in-person holistic process drawing on the CHEK system to build a body that supports your life. We assess your structure, movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, and breath; and begin rebuilding from the ground up. You will leave with a clear understanding of what your body needs to feel stable, strong, and alive.
