Over the years I’ve trained deeply in the CHEK System, blending movement science, corrective exercise, nutrition, stress management, and purpose-driven coaching into one integrated approach. This means I don’t look at symptoms, but I help you understand how posture, breathing, gut health, sleep, and emotional stress all connect.
