What lives unexamined in the inner world will always find a way to speak; through the body, through behaviour, through the patterns that keep repeating no matter how much you try to change them. You are not defined by your 'bad' traits or behaviours, as there really is no such thing. What your difficult parts account for are essential parts of yourself that once used these behaviours as protective measures. They, if anything, are your fierce protectors, and thus we must honour them. It is our responsibility to accept these parts and come into right relation with them.
Most approaches to wellbeing work on the surface, and like many conventional medical procedures, only seek to treat the symptom; the habits, the routines, the visible behaviours. The Inner Journey goes somewhere all together different. Over six weeks, we turn toward your inner world: the dreams, the archetypes, the unconscious patterns that are quietly shaping everything you think, feel, and do.
This is not therapy, nor is it self-help. It is something more primal and less categorised, a guided process of genuine self-inquiry, drawing on Jungian psychology, archetypal frameworks, dreamwork, lifestyle assessment, and energetic alignment.
Your outer life changes when your inner life is understood.
The unconscious mind is not a problem to be solved. It is a vast intelligence that has been speaking to you your entire life through your dreams, your reactions, your judgements, your desires, your fears. Most people today are never taught to understand its language, but The Inner Journey teaches you to read it.
Over six sessions we explore the patterns driving your thoughts, behaviours, and desires. We work with your dreams as a living document of your inner life. We map the archetypal forces at play in your psychology. We look honestly at the lifestyle factors; sleep, rhythm, relationship, creative expression, that either support or suppress your deeper vitality. You will leave not just with insights, but with a genuine working relationship with your own unconscious mind.
Session 1. Where You Want to Go, and What's In the Way
We begin our journey together by looking at the dream for your life. It is near impossible to say what that is for most people, not to mention that for the people that do know, it is almost always in constant flux. What we will land on is a felt sense of what you're moving toward and what keeps pulling you back. We go through the intake form together, and I will get to know your history, your patterns, and your current state. If you haven't yet begun a dreaming practice, we introduce the dreaming protocol here as it will be the backbone of our practice together. This session sets the foundation for everything that follows.
Session 2. The Energetic Landscape
We will review the results of your Health Appraisal Questionnaire and get a detailed picture of where your energy is being spent and where it's being blocked. We explore these blockages through a chakra framework, looking at which energy centres are under or overactive and what that might reflect about your inner life. In the second half of this session, and every session going forward, we will turn to your dreams; the first opportunity to look at the raw material from your unconscious and work with it together.
Session 3. Nourishment From the Inside Out
Drawing on your 10-day food diary, we look honestly at how you are feeding yourself; not just physically, but rhythmically and emotionally. What does your relationship with food reveal? Where are the gaps between what you know and what you do? After this session I will provide a personalised Holistic Lifestyle Coaching programme to work with between sessions.
Session 4. Breath and Readiness
In this session we will conduct an online breathing assessment, one of the most direct windows into the state of the nervous system and the body's stress load. We also go through the Four Doctors Readiness Form together, exploring how movement, diet, rest, and quiet are functioning as foundations in your life. Dreamwork continues throughout.
Session 5. Meeting Your Archetypes
Here we will inquire into the Archetypes which govern your life. This will be a structured process of identifying the dominant archetypal patterns currently shaping your psychology, and the ones that you want to work more with. Who is running the show? The warrior, the caregiver, the orphan, the victim, the seeker? Understanding these forces is essential and it will endow you with a conscious relationship to them rather than being unconsciously driven by them.
Session 6. Integration and Next Steps
In our final session we will bring together everything that has emerged for you across the six sessions; the dreams, the patterns, the lifestyle shifts, the archetypal landscape, and look at what it means for the chapter ahead. This session has a heavy emphasis on dreamwork, and on equipping you to continue the practice independently. You leave with a clear map of where you've been, what you've uncovered, and what comes next.
You feel like you keep bumping into the same walls despite your best efforts. You're drawn to the interior life; dreams, symbols, meaning, but have never had a structured framework for exploring it. You sense there is more to you than your current life reflects. You're ready to look honestly at what's driving you, not just what you're doing.
You want quick answers to complex questions. You're looking for someone to prescribe a plan without your full participation. You're not yet ready to sit with uncertainty, or to encounter parts of yourself that may surprise you.
Six sessions together is but the beginning of a journey. The inner work doesn't end when the programme does, and neither does my support. Whether you want to continue working together, return at a later point, or simply check in as the work unfolds in your life, I am available. A good coach works toward their own redundancy, yes, but they don't disappear when support is needed.
As is often the case, the more an individual starts to pay attention to their inner world, the more the inner world starts to respond. This can come in the form of synchronicity; meaningful coincidences that seem to reflect back exactly what you've been working with. It can arrive through dreams that become suddenly more vivid, more insistent, or harder to ignore. It can show up as a sharpened sense of pattern in your relationships, in recurring emotional responses, creative impulses, and in the themes that keep finding you no matter how many times you think you've moved past them.
The path is not linear, but spiralling. We constantly orbit ourselves. We go around the same old ground over and over again, but with more awareness from ongoing practice, we view the ground from a higher vantage point. This is not mysticism for its own sake. It is simply what happens when something that has been ignored finally receives attention. The psyche, like the body, responds to being listened to.
What this means practically is that the weeks and months following our work together will often the richest and sometimes the most disorienting. Old certainties loosen and new questions may emerge. The map you arrived with no longer quite fits the territory you find yourself in. This process is the work, continuing. The point of the tools I give you is to help you navigate this.
I will remain available throughout when I have capacity. Whether it be a single session, a monthly check-in call, or a return cycle of the full programme. Whatever the moment asks for, the door is always open.
The inner work is not something that can be fully conveyed fully in words on a page. It really has to be felt in conversation.
If what you have read here has stirred something in you, a recognition, a pull toward something you haven't quite been able to name or perhaps the strongest sign: fear, then that is worth paying attention to.
The best next step is a simple one: a free 30-minute call where we can talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether this work is the right fit for you right now.
This isn't a pitch, so there is no pressure. It will be an honest conversation to see if there is something here worth exploring together.

"A completely different level of coaching"
"Working with Luke has been exceptional. His depth of knowledge and attention to form, posture and breathing built the foundation I’d been missing for years. Once my movement patterns were corrected, strength gains came far easier and with none of my usual pain. Every session made a measurable difference. If you want long-term results rather than quick fixes, he is the person to see."
- Atin V.

"The first person who actually solved the root of my pain"
"After years of back problems, shoulder surgery, and countless physios, Luke was the first to identify the imbalances causing my issues. The corrective programme he designed has already loosened my back, strengthened my core, and given me the confidence to move without fear. I’m even back playing football. His approach is thorough, patient, and genuinely effective. He has made a huge difference to my life."
- Richard B.

"Honestly didn’t expect this to work"
"I went to Luke because my neck and lower back had been giving me grief for ages. I’d tried so many things and was pretty sceptical. What surprised me was how quickly he spotted what was actually going on with my posture and breathing. The exercises weren’t complicated, just very specific, and they started helping straight away. I feel steadier, less tense, and I’m not waking up sore every morning. He’s patient, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares. It’s been a relief to finally see progress."
- Sarah M.

No. The Inner Journey is a coaching and self-inquiry process, not a clinical intervention. We are not diagnosing, treating, or managing psychological conditions. What we are doing is exploring the patterns, dreams, and inner dynamics that shape your daily life, and developing your capacity to work with them consciously. If you are currently working with a therapist, this process can run alongside that work and often complements it well.
That is actually a perfectly good place to start. The Dream Tracking Guide included in your onboarding will introduce the practice from scratch, and Session 1 is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Dream recall is a learnable skill. Most people are surprised by how quickly it develops once they begin paying attention.
No. The tools we use: Jungian dreamwork, archetypal mapping, energetic assessment, are frameworks for inquiry, not belief systems. You are not required to accept any of them as literal truth, only to engage with them as useful lenses. What matters is your honest engagement with the material, not your metaphysical position on it.
The programme is designed to leave you with a working practice you can continue independently. That said, the inner work rarely feels finished at the six-session mark; it tends to deepen. Further sessions, a return cycle of the programme, or occasional check-ins are all available. The door remains open.
